Qualifications
To become a scout, the youth must meet one of the requirements below

- At least 10 years old, currently in the fifth grade and register on or after March 1 OR
- At least 11 year old, but less than 18, OR
- At least 10 years old and ahve earned the Arrow of Light Award in Cub Scouts
